That is NOT an oil tanker! That is a "bulk" cargo ship. Notice that it is already noted that this not a tanker. This is a bulk carrier for iron ore, grain, coal etc. Stuff they can't load into containers or pour into tanks. There are combi OBO's (Oil/Bulk/Ore) but they have have manifolds as well as hatches.
